... okay, so the title makes this sound like a rejected Brady Bunch episode. *coughs* Sorry about that. I promise this'll actually be more interesting.

As most of you have probably noticed, neither I nor Wendy have had much time to spend online over the last month or two. Between new businesses and a gorgeous family, Wendy's time has been about chewed up; between a new pregnancy and the bunch of psychopaths that I call family, it's been pretty much the same case here. Unfortunately, that has left both of us unable to give the channel -- or, more importantly, its players -- the time they deserve.

So... we've both decided it's time for us to step down from our respective positions, and hand them to folks who are simply more able than we are right now to do a great job with them. After a week's discussion and voting, it was decided that those people would be the ones who've been pretty much running the place in our absence anyway.. *G* Which is to say....

Please welcome James (Kylerryth) as our new Founder, and Liz (BrokenDreamer) as our new Co-Founder! Administration of the forums and channel have been transferred to them as of this weekend, and I personally am highly confident in their ability to do a fantastic job managing both. Heck, they have been already. *g*

Wendy will meantime be moving on to spend more time with her very busy real life -- although hey, I hope you'll still peek in and visit us now and then, at least! -- and I'll be staying on as an op and web-type-person.

I'm your new Founder and Forum Admin. I'm also going to keep this short and sweet, just for you guys. All of us know how long-winded I can sometimes be.

First and foremost, I'd like to thank all of the Ops for having faith in my abilities. I'll do my best to keep everything as smooth as possible for the management.

Secondly, there are going to be changes around the channel -- not just in the rules, but the setting, too. I have a few ideas that may come to fruition, depending on the outcome of future meetings.

Thirdly -- and lastly -- I want to thank everyone for their continued interest in what's happening in this great channel. I hope to see an overall increase in activity in due time (yesterday was rocking, from what I saw when I was at the computer), but I know it's difficult for some people.

Again: Thank you, and I hope everyone will be pleased by my performance as Founder.

And yes, Lex, you get to keep your boots.
