Change in Founder

Hey guys,
I just wanted to let everyone know that due to RL pressures making it so that I just can't live up to the job, I'm going to take a step back and let someone else have a chance to step in as Founder. Obviously, the ops have always been a team, and a team of equals, but I think there are certain responsibilities to the Foundership and while I'm not currently able to hit them properly, to the detriment of the room, we do have someone who is willing and able and who has contributed so much over the last few years, to the very look and feel of our world and our site.
I wouldn't be able to step back if I didn't think we had someone who was level-headed, forward-thinking, and deeply and thoroughly loving of all that we've created. That person is Steve and he's been focused heavily over the last few months on how to make things bigger and better and to make sure that the Dagger doesn't just survive but grows and thrives moving forward. I'm still here on IRC with you guys, and I'll be part of the team helping to see things forward, and certainly, if anyone ever wants to do a note, just like me know and we'll try hard to find a way to make it work.
For now, though, this is just the first announcement out of many, and the first move out of many, to secure and improve things going forward. So everyone please step forward and offer your congratulations (and deep commiserations) to Steve.
Thanks,
Matt

Thanks for keeping things running so that I'll be able to! All I have to do now is teach the baby to nap so I can play!
