Sonoriel, The Fallen.

Origins to the Fall.
Sonoriel was once a prominent creature among creation. Sired by an angelic father, and born of an elven mother. He grew into a paladin for the One True God, and in his latter years succumbed to apathy. Turning against all the he knew, he became responsible for the slaughter of many innocents in far-away lands. Carving *his* name into their forheads. Now Sonoriel, The Fighter is Sonoriel, The Fallen.

Current.
Currently his movements have brought him into Myrken Wood. Seeking to further his own goals by directly manipulating those within. He is now a hired executioner, practicing and learning the dark arts in a hidden pit, beyond the knowledge of his superiors.

Description.
A dark-robed figure with a fiery gaze, and black hair. Hidden on his back, tucked into the folds of his robe, is his longsword. The sword, originally called Justice. It's original name scraped off, and replaced in evil, demented looking elven runes, bye the single word, Malice. Although consistently covered by his dark, blood red, robes the distinct metallic clank of metal can be heard from underneath. A machine to some, an armored warrior to others. Every enemy he kills bears his name and rune carved upon their flesh, and deep into the bone.
"The Blue Bard"

Description
Approx. 21 years old, slightly tanned skin, 5'10", 155lbs, Shoulder length black hair, and dark blue eyes. Consistantly wears: Blue leather armor with no inscriptions, a pair of black bangels, dusty black riding boots, an old lute, and his backpack, carries a whip on his side.

Background
Far in the south Sabrion began his voyage in his home town Marlechant, on the Doresvfor Island. There he started by sneaking his way into the various guilds and schools of the neighboring regions: The School of the White Flame (White mage school, typically a girls school on that Island... Not as bad as you think!), The School of the Black Flame (Black Mage School... as bad as you think), The Rokkae Thieving Guild (AKA "Potterybarn" to my dnders), and The Darkstar Fighters' Guild.

Personality
A very curious young man, Sabrion is never far from trouble. Writting on his adventures learning about the guilds of his homelands he has ventured forth to learn of more broader groups of people: traditions, regions, and social cliques. His only massive skill being the ability disquise his true self. While he cannot really disguise himself as anyone else, his general disguises are very hard to trace. He freely tells his tales to any listening ear, and is often distracted by the nearest beautiful female that he comes across.
A long time ago... (almost a few hours now)... There was a great idea formed... (more of a suggestion really)... That there should be a few more pages about Jack TIM. So here it is...

Beginnings
Late 1987 there was born a person (Crazy right?), weird kid, really. Throughout the first 15 years after that he did some things... (kinda not important), but around the age of 16 he got involved in roleplay via Yahoo!, D&D, and various other places (but mostly on games such as FF). At the age of 17, after the (might as well be) fatal passing of his DM into the realm of "Grown ups" He took up the somewhat impressive mantle of DM. This further progressed a long held tradition of him liking everything involved with Dungeons, Dragons, RP, and many other somewhat geeky facets of his life. At the age of 19 Jack was introduced Paul "Treadwell" (Who's last name shall not be uttered here), who told him of a really special place where RP on the internet had not died yet! Going there Jack found exactly what he expected it to be, a place where the RP didn't suck and wasn't interrupted by Y!Bots, The BROKEN DAGGER!.

To Date
In this place he currently plays the blue bard Sabrion Misele Valanche, and Captain Alvan Shew (CAShew).

Jack likes to play as Bards, Fey, and other flamboyant characters.

About Jack TIM
Jack enjoys everything foreign: food, literature, movies, languages, etc., a host of anime titles, manga, mostly Japan things like videogames, RP, anything romantically inclined, and all things old school D&D-ish, Computers, Techno (most derivatives), and Rock music, along with a host of classical pieces.

Jack hates: Biggotry, and intentional ignorance (AKA stupidity).

Jack consideres himself a technomancer, a halfway decent musician (acoustic guitar, keyboard, and electronic drums), as well as a casual (shameless) flirt, among other things.

In Closing
While he may be intelligent, Jack often has trouble stringing together viable sentances into working paragraphs, and often breaks down into one-line posts or "one-lining". It is not uncommon for him to be jacked up (pardon the pun) on caffine and make surprising statements (such as "Sabrion used splash") resulting in complete mental breakdown and "OMG WTF PWN"-ing. If such events occur please locate the nearest phone book, look up the listings for "Psychiatrist" and the proceed to close the book before beating yourself in the head with it. As officials may agree is the best solution for WTF moments. Please be advised that you may learn new words that don't exist by talking with Jack... Just fair warning...

To Date
In this place he currently plays the blue bard Sabrion Misele Valanche, and will soon unleash a yet unnamed character due to pop in now that Sabrion is about.

Personality
A very curious young man, Sabrion is never far from trouble.

152.31.130.158:

:This article refers to the mythical race of Dungeons & Dragons. For the "drow" of Scottish folklore as well as other examples of dark elves and black elves from mythology, folklore, and fantasy fiction, see Dark elf.

Drow are a species of elf in the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game. Etymologically, the term is probably derived from the Shetland Isles Drow (Webster's Unabridged Dictionary (1970) states: "Drow, n., [scot.] A tiny elf which lived in caves and forged magical metal work."). The word's origin is identical to the origin of the word "troll," which both go back further to the Scottish Gaelic word spelled "trow." The original Scottish Gaelic word is pronounced "dtrow" with a soft "dt" sound, and the original pronunciation sounds similar to "troll." The word is also found in Cornish and Welsh with slight pronunciation differences. The race itself seems based on another dark elf, specifically the Dokkalfar of Norse mythology.

Drow, or "dark elves" as they are called by most surface dwellers, are an offshoot of the elven race. Drow are characterized by white or silver hair, obsidian black skin, and red (or rarely gray, violet, or yellow) eyes, as well as innate spell powers and spell resistance. This is balanced by their weakness in daylight. Also, drow weapons and armor (usually made of adamantite or another metal unique to the Underdark) slowly lose their magical properties if exposed to the sun. Drow also employ the unusual dart-firing hand crossbow.

Half-drow are the result of crossbreeding between humans and drow, and share characteristics of both.

Drow characters are extremely intelligent, charismatic and dextrous, but share surface elves' comparative frailty and slight frames. As a race they are usually evil. Drow males are commonly wizards or fighters. Females are almost always clerics and almost never wizards.

Drow hate elves, but wage war with almost any surface and subterranean races, such as mind flayers, svirfneblin, duergar, and kuo-toa for spoils and territory. Their society is matriarchal, with priestesses of the goddess Lolth (Lloth in the drow tongue) in the highest seats of power. Males are either enslaved or (rarely) respected if they are powerful wizards, but never allowed to rule. The drow sometimes use their dark arts to turn human slaves into living sculptures.
Origins of the Dark Ones
The drow of Myrkenwood are not native citizens. While the ancient, ancestral origins of the drow and how they differ from those of other elven breeds is quite unknown, certain historians (most either dead or insane by now) have speculated and noted their immigration from the Sakasoon Mountains of the neighboring region, Derry. Upon further research, the Derry travelers, researchers, historians, locals, and founders could only speculate as to where the drow had come from before then. For a long time there had been no sentient races in Derry, and after a substantial amount of time (near a few centuries), they suddenly appeared, "as if they had sprung right out of the ground", noted one Derry founder.

Until this day few journeys have been made into their territories, and even fewer had successfully come back...
In The Blood of the Drow
Dark Pagan rituals, speak of drow spider gods, and the sacrificial slaughter of many an innocent have been the trademark of any encounter that has been had with the savage race of black elves. Their recent push in through the Sakasoon Mountains of Derry, and even into the outskirts of Myrkenwood, has been speculated by many to be a foraging effort for sacrifices, food, and land.

Others let loose rumor that there are persons living within the Myrkenwood City Proper that hold relics of great significance that the drow are seeking to regain. Marks left by the dark elves in blood and rent flesh, shattered plate, splintered wood. All these speak of an untold horror that will befall all who stand in their way.

Their motivations are currently their own, their methods and thoughts are soon to follow suit. Whatever they have planned can mean only ill will for the citizens of Myrkenwood.
The race itself seems based on another dark elf, specifically the Dokkalfar of [orse mythology.

Thier motivations are currently thier own, their methods and thoughts are soon to follow suit. Whatever they have planned can mean only ill will for the citizens of Myrkenwood.
At Last Report
The last word received from spies launched deep within the drow underworld send word that a coming calm has settled in the underground cities, an uneasy calm that speaks of war and bloodshed.

Sabrion Misele Valanche
"The Blue Bard"

(Snippets, Full Stories and more may be available for the curious reader. Email me: jackgrifftim@gmail.com).
