Awry, previously known as both Faded_Color and Faded`Volt (having changed his name because he deemed them too emo, plus he hates underscores), is one of those guys you see online that you don't exactly know what to think of... because he's so ''super-cool''!

He has an eccentric taste in humor, a mouth that frequently cuts in line in front of his brain, and a vocabulary that incorporates various innovative swear words designed meticulously for MAXIMUM DAMAGE. He's stated several times that he's age 22, although he acts age ''retarded'', and it's a little known fact that his real name is Steve (''protip'': it hasn't been mentioned anywhere except for on this page).

He likes to think that he's incredibly handsome, incredibly charming, incredibly intelligent, and incredibly strong, but in actuality he's only incredibly ''awesome'', which naturally has dominion over all of the previous elements and then some. He can be found in the Broken Dagger in "on-and-off spurts", which is also a terminology he likes to attribute to his love life. It's not exactly known what draws him away for extended periods of time - the theorized options are either periods of binge gaming and/or lobotomies (that are, of course, inordinately botched).

He likes to think himself a very easy person to get along with, and it's ''incredibly'' hard to make him angry - a grizzled, weathered veteran of many internet battles, even Grade A trolls only amuse him, ''never'' anger. He's almost always joking when he talks, perpetually trying to make people laugh - that's just the way he rolls.

In his spare time (when he isn't being dominated by games), he enjoys spending time and drinking with his friends and the non-deceased-and-perfectly-healthy Sam Fisher, talking on his Ventrilo server with a wide variety of people across the world, drawing, reading, writing, breaking goths, and talking in a badly-imitated Canadian accent to annoy the hell out of his Canadian friends.

I started roleplaying a hell of a long time ago, in the cesspool of AOL's RhyDin setting. After my senses caught up to me and I had cleaned up the blood that welled out of my eyes and ears, I played on IRC in various places, such as Blkdragon Inn, The Silver Blade Tavern, and a jaunt into a private clique ruled by an insane woman that I lost way too much precious hours of my life in.

I've now come to the Broken Dagger. I have an odd sense of humor, I like drawing, I like reading, I like playing games, and I like drinking (there's yet to be a time where I come into the OOC channel drunk, but trust me, I'll probably get banned within ten seconds). I tend to offend people here and there, so if I do offend you, please keep in mind that 99% of what I say is always a joke in one way or another, and no offense is meant.
