None have ever claimed that only those of Seelie blood could be ethereal in their appearance. Standing at two inches above six feet in height, the proud Unseelie Sidhe is not the type of faerie that flutters about on delicate wings so easily plucked from the flesh of a tiny back. Muscle and sinew woven in perfect accord in a lean frame, the man can be an imposing figure. Straight strands of silver and translucent hair of a prismatic nature spill to his ankles in a shimmering curtain of thick silk, those locks causing rainbows to dance about the man's shoulders and the material of his garments when the light touches them just right. So often, his exotic hair is pulled back in a tie at the nape of his neck to keep those strands from getting into the way of his movements, though the lethal grace with which he moves suggests that he is more than used to such impediments as long hair and the heavy cloak that graces his broad shoulders. Uptilted at their edges, the man's eyes are no less exotic than his hair, those irises a resplendent mélange of silvered hues. Lavender and aqua mix in an iridescent fushion that makes his irises appear smooth, rather than textured, the silver within forcing a glistened sheen to his eyes. Despite the strange, almost 'pretty' nature of the man's coloring, his features are carved in chiseled strokes, their cant more masculine and handsome, without the tilt that could leave any thinking the words 'beautiful' upon viewing them.
It is rare indeed that the man might be found without two broadswords, one strapped at either hip. A member of the Queen's guard far from Myrken Wood, the Unseelie Fae came to the tavern while left to his own devices upon a holiday of sorts. With another of his court's guards-in-training who followed him, Moth was taken under his wing for some instruction on how to better protect herself from the dangers of the world, though his methods were perhaps unorthodox. DarkAngel having been one of those to terrorize the one he chose to make into a ward of sorts, he spent more than one evening exchanging soft threats and carefully worded demands with the green-skinned woman. The strange creature that she is, the young Vanyinth so often chooses the form of a 'catgirl' while within Myrken Wood. Though her pale features are sculpted in an elven fashion, the curved ears of feline-like shape that poke through her hair are certainly not from any elven heritage. Without any fur upon flesh so pale it could be considered bloodless, and even holds a slight accent of silvered, grayish tinge at the curves, she is a unique creature indeed. Silvered rosettes so much like those of a leopard mark her flesh like intricate tattoos, though they do not touch the pristine cant of her features, palms, or the underside of her graceful arms. Despite her apparently strange bloodline, the most notable thing about the woman is probably not the curve of those feline ears. Instead, the woman is more often noted for the molten quality of her metallic-hued hair as it tumbles so much like silver tinsel down the length of her back in heavy curls of silken splendor. Nearly mirror-like for the reflective nature of that silver, her hair is none-the-less far softer than it would at first appear, often unable to be contained in the weave of a braid or the rough leather of a tie for its texture. Her wide eyes, too, are an exotic hue of palest amethyst, and almost leopard-like for their lilac tincture.
Background
Hafwyn was never shy to explain that she does not hail from the realm on which the Broken Dagger is situated. Sometime after her first night of visiting the town and the tavern to which she so often returns, the woman came in contact with the small girl, Alli. With her visits so late at night, it was often that the woman met and spoke with the young woman, and grew to be close friends with the child. Also meeting another catgirl named Hrist, she grew to share the small hut in which she had been staying with the other woman. Her association with others seems to be somewhat limited, though she seems more than sociable enough when there happen to be others gathered in the tavern in the late hours which she chooses to spend under its roof.
With fewer visits of late to the tavern's interior, it would seem that the woman has grown somewhat busy with looking for the way to return to her own realm. Though she still has friends in Myrkentown, she has grown to miss some of the points of her own world.
Though claiming to be seventeen, the small girl who sometimes visits the Broken Dagger hardly looks a day over fifteen. Though her pale, barely-freckled features are striking, they have the unfinished appearance of youth, giving some hint that when she matures they may be perhaps even stunning in their beauty. Blue-black hair seemingly at all times held in a tightly woven braid that falls to her mid-shoulderblades, she does not fuss over her appearance as so many other females might. More often than not, the young girl might be found draped in over-large tunics and breeches that conceal a frame which seems completely devoid of any feminine curves. Even her hands are constantly concealed in dove-gray gloves of butter-like leather. Her eyes are a simple hazel, wrought of emerald irises interrupted by a starburst of nearly orange-gold about either pupil. Sun-touched eyes that seem to sparkle with good humor at most times, accentuated by a cheerful smile. If the girl takes anything serious, it is rare, and even less rarely seen by others.
Background
Very little is known about Maeve's background. She claims to have no surname with which to give to others in introduction, but none have asked enough to gain a better explanation. The simple peasant girl appeared at the tavern near the beginning of cultists attacks against the governor, Altias Bromn. With time, it seemed that the girl had some connection to the bartender, Mikhail, though it remains unexplained to this day. Considering the man's rather unsociable nature, that could perhaps be due to the lack of any wishing to question the man about why the man sometimes acts much like a gruff older brother to the girl. Through the bartender, she has grown close to Molly O`Neill as well, whom she still sometimes visits when the scarred barkeep is not around. While claiming to have a fiancee named Glavain, and even having brought him to meet a few of the tavern's patrons, the girl is more often found on her own. What a handsome elven man might have found to love in a little peasant human girl with a heavy, and sometimes rather annoying accent remains a mystery.

Much to the distaste of Mikhail of late, the young girl seems to have found herself in a very different circumstance for living. Though she does not often talk about it, she has a far stricter cerfew and less time to spend at the tavern. Still, she is usually rather cheerful and without any regret for whatever it is that has changed her lifestyle, and can still be found wandering in from time to time.
Standing perhaps an inch beneath five feet, the delicate elven woman is not the most intimidating of creatures, if one does not realize what the rich obsidian of her smooth, dark flesh implies. While more often than not, a hood conceals what she can manage to overshadow of her features, she does not often appear out of the ordinary for a Drow female despite her diminutive height. It is only when firelight catches in the silver of her mirror-like irises that some difference might be noted, revealing the mercurial nature of her eyes in the place of a Drow's usual blood-like irises.

Her clothing shifts, depending on her mood for the day, from elegant robes of silk to the simplest of leather breeches and a peasant's tunic, though she does seem to lean toward grayed hues in her clothing. A sword hanging from each hip is not an uncommon sight, either, though with or without those blades, it is almost guaranteed that she has weapons hidden from sight upon her person.
Background
Born to a family of no importance far beneath the surface world, Vyctausa Vaeril was raised under very strange circumstances for a female Drow. When her mother died only a week after her birth as one of two twin girls, the girl and her sister were passed to the oldest surviving brother and Weapon's Master of their house, Phaeragh, to be raised by the male when their three older sisters would have rather drowned them than to deal with the trouble. Though her twin did not survive past the age of twenty, Vyctausa managed to flourish in their dark city, growing to be rather infamous as an accomplished assassin and thief.

When the Drow, Faeryl, decided to wage war on the surface - starting with Myrken Wood - the young rogue followed their trail to the surface using a few pilfered artifacts of her own. Her simple plan to make certain that her older brother remained safe while fighting as one of Faeryl's mercenaries was changed upon reaching the surface. Finding some freedom in not being forced to watch every shadow for a new threat, she chose to remain upon the surface for a more permanent stretch of time than she had at first expected.
