The Rover is said to be the second Dragon that The Diem created in The Forge. A grand, silver being, he inhabited the earth for thousands of years before imparting his wisdom to an old man who stumbled upon his lair deep in the [[Spinster Mountains]]. The Diem, upset with his creation for divulging secrets and interfering in the lives of mortals, cast The Rover out of Valhalla and sentenced him to an eternity on earth as a mortal, dying and being reincarnated over and over. Since then, The Rover, mostly unaware of his own history, has roamed the mortal realm causing mischief and mayhem at the bequest of his subconscious soul.

Most practitioners of the Draeconach faith consider The Rover an integral piece of their beliefs, because without him they would be unaware of the existence of the true god and therefore less likely to join him in Valhalla.

Aidhen is a hunting and farming village best known for its music and skilled leatherworkers.

== Location ==

Aidhne is situated inland on the base of the [[Spinster Mountains]] and consists mostly of stone dugout houses and tents, as well as some larger hunting halls and family halls. One would have no need to venture to Aidhne as many of the men their frequently travel to port cities to sell their goods. Surrounding Aidhne are numerous entrances to the underdark, inhabited mostly by kobolds. The kobolds, for the most part, leave the town alone. Near the town, at the base of the mountains, is the passage(if one could call it that) over the spinster mountains.

==Authorities==
Lacking a true government, the highest ranking noble, or the eldest of the Aidhne Noble line of the Ui'Doherety family, holds the most power in the village. This is because most of the families in Aidhne are related to the Ui'Doherty's and it is seen as the most objective in town.

==Defences==
Other than the hundred-odd hunters that make up most of the village, there are no true militia or constabulary in the village.

==Economy==
The village trades with the coastal villages of [[Northern New Dauntless]] for tools and coin, but is otherwise self sufficient.

==Travel==
The only way to reach Aidhne is through unguarded forest roads from the north or traveling through the rocky Mid-Spinster Pass. It is a three day voyage over the mountain.

Gnarlius is enormous by Kobold standards, and it is hinted his mother may have had an affair with a Drake or Dragonborn. Standing at four feet tall, he towers over the kobold community like an ogre over an orc.

Leaving the crowded underdark combine in which he was born, Gnarl used his darkvision and stealth to gain employment amongst the seedier elements in Amasynia. Although he has been tasked with nearly everything illegal, Gnarl takes pride in his ability to smuggle things into and out of guarded cities. It is for this reason, an old colleague([[Raigen DarkBlayde Tei-Yehn]]) has summoned him to [[Myrken Wood]].

The Rover is said to be the second Dragon that The Diem created in The Forge. A grand, silver being he inhabited the earth for thousands of years before imparting his wisdom to an old man who stumbled upon his lair deep in the [[Spinster Mountains]]. The Diem, upset with his creation for divulging secrets and interfering in the lives of mortals, cast The Rover out of Valhalla and sentenced him to an eternity on earth as a mortal, dying and being reincarnated over and over. Since then, The Rover, mostly unaware of his own history, has roamed the mortal realm causing mischief and mayhem at the bequest of his subconscious soul.

Most practitioners of the Draeconach faith consider The Rover an integral piece of their beliefs, because without him they would be unaware of the existence of the true god and therefore less likely to join him in Valhalla.

The Noctus is a jealous demi-god, the first dragon created by the Diem, he was tasked with fueling the fires that forged all other dragons. As such, he began to think he was the creator of the other dragons and rightly the ruler of all dragonkind. His agents sift the earth looking to punish the followers of the Diem and gain followers of his own. He is often referred to as the Devil.

After his grandparents died, he moved into the mountains and traded leather, herbs, and pelts with the fishing villages for coin. By the time he had reached young adulthood, he signed on with a crew of brigands and sailed to the Red Caps as a pirate. It is unclear how he amassed so much wealth in just five years, but he could surely afford to live the rest of his life without working a single day.

Raigen has been hiding in the Broken Dagger from a half-Ogre named Tsun who was once the captain of the pirate vessel BlackHawk Merchant. Raigen turned on his mentor by allowing a drow shaman to steal the half-Ogres soul and bind it to a tome which Raigen traded to the Devil for what he thought was the key to immortality. In exchange, his soul cannot enter hell, although because of this atrocious sin, neither is he allowed in Heaven. Raigen is unsure what would happen to him should he die, but he is certain that he doesn't want to find out or test whatever curse or power he has brought upon himself. With the help of the same drow shaman, he put up a protection spell on the Broken Dagger that should prevent Tsun from attacking him there(or he hopes at least).
