 A little over two years ago, Kerrak al`Nerun entered into the political scene of [[Myrken Wood]], getting himself appointed to the seat of [[Councilor of Defence and Civil Security]]. His many acts were to preserve the status of the [[Order of Straka]] and to make sure they recieved the funding they deserved, and to maintaining the insane wall project first brought to the fore by Councilor Giscard. In these tasks, he sought to attain for the people of Myrken a sense of safety and contentment they may not have felt in years. First appearing in the retinue of [[Burel Tassnehof]], who is the current [[Duke of Thessilane]] as the captain of his personal bodyguard, the [[Companions]]. He has since portrayed himself as a number of things. Going from a man of the people, to a man reviled by the people. Oddly enough, despite the changes to his demeanor and status, he still sees himself as a champion of the people of Myrken...
