Maxwell Beauregard was a stout, methodical, serious politician known for his service in various towns across the region. The rather old man was something of a celebrity in his time with experience in managing affairs of state throughout his native New Dauntless and, in the last seven years of his life, Myrken Wood. His sentence as [[Governor]] of [[Myrken Wood]] is marked in history records, chiefly, as being the one that first established relations between Myrken and a then-starving [[New Hibera]].
