-Berdini arrived in Myrken in the year 208, suddenly interested in renting the theatre, the Gilded Lily and the cottage that was located beside it.  He had no trouble procurring either of these properties and over the years he has come to have a controlling interest in both.  Initially in his first few years in Myrken he had been the primary star of the shows that had taken place monthly at the Lily.  Having employed a local girl as an assistant he made it clear to his audience that everything he did on stage was true illusion, no actual magic behind any of his acts.  Oddly enough the girl had gone missing and Berdini's performances had dwindled, though with an interest in the Lily he had arranged for dancing performances, operas, theatrical plays, most of which were performed by traveling troupes.   In recent years it's been rare to see Berdini outside of the theatre.
