It was only known as 'It' by most of the tavern patrons who were terrorized by its presence in the Broken Dagger. Mostly believed to be under the tavern or inside the walls, Suhtamdua (as It was named by the dark wizard, Neimad) created from nothing physical matter in the form of those whose blood had been consumed, effective 'zombies' who struck out against any with pumping hearts to the last of their limbs.
The zombies quickly become a terrorizing force, having no organs or weaknesses to strike - the bodies had to be cut entirely down to nothing or simply exhausted. Eventually, some began to discover that Suhtamdua was a Poltergiest and couldn't be fought on the material plane with any success. A party had begun to form to combat the creature, but it was the Dark Wizard who ultimately destroyed the creature.
...or did he?
