Shout is the youngest member of the Ugly Squad, and probably the most talented. This young Goblin has found himself a particular fancy in alchemy and chemistry - more specifically, in making things spark, fizzle, burn, or explode - with emphasis on the latter. If left on a small deserted island (which has been done before), Shout would make something explode - if possible - within the first few hours.
Indeed, during the previous mentioned marooning, the bright orange mushroom cloud was how the crew managed to find him.
Shout is also very excitable, often yelling or shouting with glee and/or terror when things explode.
Appearance
Being the youngest, Shout is also the smallest. He's childlike in appearance, even for a Goblin. As a Goblin, Shout is blessed with his green complexion, large, ungainly ears, and an oddly misproportioned head weighting towards the head. He often wears a suit almost lined with explosive chemicals, and is almost never seen without his goggles. Without them, his eyes would have most likely been fried out long ago.
Other Description
Shout is a master alchemist, and no one knows why...or how. The young Goblin has an uncanny knack for finding even mundane things that will combust when mixed, and scoffs at the simpleton creations like the small, exploding vials thrown about by the likes of Suede Roschen. Shout is almost solely responsible for arming the Squad's zeppelin, usually with large, wholly unstable and devestating explosives.
