• Malaroth Deucalios finalizes plans to move against the Council's wishes and lead an assault upon the Priory of Snowstill where the Ashfiend is known to make his lair. The Shepard Knight has asked any capable people would fight for Myrken Wood's safety to step forward and join the attack. • Agnieszka Kaczmarek recently celebrated her eighteenth birthday with a rather loud, rather drunken party at the Broken Dagger inn. Luckily, no-one was hurt. --Channe 12:18, 14 August 2007 (PDT)

• Jan Baker, widower and landowner of a moderately-sized farm a mile or so from the Broken Dagger inn, was murdered in his home recently. The Myrkentown Constabulary has yet to name a suspect. --User:Channe 04:46, 6 August 2007 (PDT)

• Zalin Savoy, older brother to Alastir Savoy, has come to Myrkenwood. Also, he's become one of the new chefs at the Dagger. --Alastir 08:28, 14 August 2007 (PDT)

• Loxy the pixie, enraged by the actions of a barbarian pixie named Krynn who is at war with muffins in the Broken Dagger, pits his will against the warrior on the battleground of the bartop, for the very first time. Their encounter has forged what will undoubtedly be a life-long loathing for one another. • Zayken has reappeared and declared war upon the Broken Dagger. Although he has been largely quiet so far, those that know the creature can surely expect the worst yet to come. --Pharris 12:26, 14 August 2007 (PDT)

• Winifred Lawson and her sister, Evangeline Lawson, have recently arrived in Myrken Wood with the intention of opening up a dress shoppe. Thus far, no luck in locating a rental--the young women are taking it in stride, still rooming at the inn. --Tara 14:58, 14 August 2007 (PDT)
