Westenford, Amasynia, is a middling-sized port town on the edge of Fisherman's Bay, best known for its shipping trades and its notoriously corrupt ruling council. The town itself is centered around a largely ruined stone plaza, known inexplicably as Armadon er Domedthron to the locals, Westenford's most ancient structure. This plaza is where the twenty-eight council members (with the presiding Chief Magistrate making twenty-nine, a post historically held by Treadwells for two generations) meet each morning and most nights to discuss the political issues of the day.
