- The Ashfiend is defeated! An alliance amongst various Myrkenfolk of various and sundry capablities struck up an alliance, over the many months of tracking the Ashfiend's path fo destruction, and amidst a titanic battle in the mountain passes near the Silver Lake, achieved victory by assaulting both the will and the body of the Scourge of Myrken. The sorceress Kyra was able to capture and bind the creature within shards of his own armor, there to remain imprisoned for the sake of all who live. -Malaroth 05:19, 8 April 2008 (PDT)
