The Gilded Lily

Within the husk of a two-story building that is slowly, but drastically being refurbished, the Gilded Lily theatre was conceived.

The brainchild of Varian duMonde, a young Baron from New Dauntless and a long-time resident of Myrken Wood, the theatre is bound to be deliriously extravagant in its design. It was Varian's familiarity with the region and its township that lead him to the decision to begin this endeavor. Having mentioned on multiple occasions that Myrken Wood was dreadfully devoid of culture and class, Varian felt it was his duty to "give back" to the community.

Exterior

From the road, just beyond the gated yard of the massive, and intricately restored playhouse is a stark contrast to smaller shops and cafes that surround it. Its once dark and foreboding appearance has been mended with striking outer decor, such as expensive tapestries and abundant flora.

A white-stone walkway stretches from the main gate, all the way to the wide, but considerately brief case of stairs. The large, double doors of oak are the crowning piece to a broad porch that wraps about the entirety of the main level of the building.
