About
Stu is a 'dinky-di' and 'true-blue' Aussie from Perth, Western Australia. He doesn't fit the typical Crocodile Dundee / Steve Irwin stereotype, however, as he's a geeky nerd who has an overbearing fascination with all things related to computers and audiovisual equipment. Stu has a keen interest with all facets of roleplaying, whether that be tabletop gaming, online text roleplaying, or the odd game of charades. He doesn't have an interest for MMOs though, claiming them to be 'no-go territory'.
Stu has been text roleplaying across the board for about 15 years, from the god-awful Yahoo! Clubs to MUD/MUX/MUSHes, through to FFRP on IRC. He has been known to 'toss a wobbly' (throw a temper tantrum) over his ridiculous timezone and quit RP for months at a time, only to begrudgingly come back and admit he still might not have quite grown out his addiction. Stu came across BD in 2012 when his other RP communities were fizzing out, and has lurked about the place like an interloper ever since.
Stu also has an interest in blues harmonica and has played in a couple of bands in some local gigs in Perth, and considers himself mediocre at best despite contrary remarks to the same.
