Westenford
Westenford, Amasynia, is a middling-sized port town on the edge of Fisherman's Bay, best known for its shipping trades and its notoriously corrupt ruling council. The town itself is centered around an ancient, largely ruined stone plaza, known inexplicably as Armadon er Domedthron to the locals, Westenford's most ancient structure. This plaza is where the twenty-seven council members (including the presiding Chief Magistrate, a post historically held by Treadwells for two generations before its current rule by Jonathan M. Lincoln) meet each morning and most nights to discuss the political issues of the day. Other locations of interest are Babette Treadwell's tavern immediately beside said plaza and the multitude of councilor-owned mansions and landscapes circling the city.
Otherwise, there isn't terribly much to say about Westenford other than it is the sole neighbor to the kingdom of Old Hibera, formerly ruled by Richard Aengus prior to his separation from his first wife and his relocation to New Hibera in Myrken Wood.
