Raymond Elias

Raymond Elias was a slim, young man known chiefly for his ability to accurately keep up with taxes. Originally a moneylender by trade, Elias put those experiences to use in service on the Myrken Wood Council as Councilor for Administrative Sanctions from 143 AR until his death in 146 AR.
