Richard Scott Aengus

Richard Scott Aengus was the son of William Aengus and the father to Richard Aengus, who is the current king of New Hibera. The elder Richard took the throne after William's passing, ruling both combined Hibera kingdoms for 337 years before dying at the age of 387. His death led to his succession by his 50 year old son, Richard, who was roughly equivalent in age to a human boy of 10 years at the time.
