Raymond Elias

Raymond Elias was a slim, young man known chiefly for his ability to accurately keep up with taxes. Originally a moneylender by trade, Elias put those experiences to use in service on the Myrken Wood Council as Councilor of Administrative Sanctions from A.R. 143 until his death in A.R. 146.
