Rance

Rance began roleplaying in the late 1990s when Prodigy was still a thing and handshake noises were an aural ambrosia promising sweet, sweet Internet freedom. He has spent his free time in Myrken Wood for the good part of a decade. When not torturing others in the #Broken_Dagger with his sloppy prose and badly color-coded posts, he teaches high-school English and is finishing his M.A. in Humanities at Towson University. He has been fortunate enough to have various pieces of fiction and literary analysis published in anthologies and academic journals.

His current characters include the seamstress Gloria Wynsee and the genius loci inhabiting the Golben pit. Among the characters he has played in the past are the now-deceased dark-elf Audmathus as well as Phlynn, who occasionally haunts forum posts where applicable.
