Calia is the youngest of four children born to Addison and Eilis Davosse in Furt, Amasynia. The Davosse family is known in Furt for many generations of prosperity as shipwrights, and Addison Davosse has further padded the family coffers by taking a keen interest in becoming something of a small merchant in his spare time. Like the progeny of any other wealthy Amasynian family, Calia's youth was filled with lessons meant to groom her to be a proper lady and respectable member of her family.

Her tempestuous relationship with parents and siblings alike finally led to Addison Davosse succumbing to his youngest daughter's demands for the chance to explore, insisting only that a distant cousin accompany the girl as her chaperone for the trip to the wilds known as Myrken Wood. Two short weeks after the pair's arrival, Calia slipped out on her would be guardian while he was sleeping, and proved herself adept at staying hidden amongst the citizens of Myrken.

== Myrken Wood ==

Miss Davosse has returned to Myrken Wood after a lengthy absence. She still may occasionally be found working in a local chandler's shop in Myrkentown in exchange for lodging in one of the rooms above. At night this brazen woman might be spotted in the company of the roguish treasure hunter, Tebrin, though she is unlikely to be forthcoming if asked about their shared misadventures.

At night this brazen young woman is most likely to be found engaging in an ongoing search for entertainment, amusement, and adventure (occasionally at the cost of the sanity of others.)

The '''Dark Abbey''' sits just South of the Mavoiire River, within comfortable walking distance of the Sikasoon Mountains. It is a fairly large building, complete with a small courtyard and a bell tower that looms over the rest of the structure. Both the abbey and its grounds appear to be abandoned, and were indeed until their present mistress, Erin Clemm, quietly purchased them several years ago. There are only rumors as to what the inside of the abbey looks like, passed along to townfolk by those peddlers and tinkers who sold supplies to the abbey mistress prior to the erection of the new Myrkentown Wall.
