Aloisius Treadwell reveals his true self and announces that the real Gad Phuri is dead. Treadwell purchases the Phuri Estate and somehow manages to stay on the Judiciary Council.

Giarc Conry was found vanished from his hold in the bowels of the Myrken Gaol, and assumption has been linked to Audmathus, who had left another note in blood upon the wall in Giarc's cell. In the language of the drow, the note translated: "Blood upon the wall -- and how many more shall fall?"

Dragons have recently started to attack Myrken Wood and its citizens. The occurrence on the night of July 9, 2004 an attack on the Broken Dagger's structure and stables, involving minor burns.

A body identified as Tyralor was found stabbed through the back and murdered. Sill and Calandra have both been accused of taking place in the killing. Secondary suspects include Suede Roschen and Audmathus.

Quincy, after being imbued with magical runes that kept her from seeing or hearing her dark elven stalker Audmathus, was injected with a powerful poison. In an attempt to procure a sample of the questioned venom for creation of an antidote, Milia allowed herself poisoning by the drow practitioner.

The new Governor, Altias Bromn, is having a bit of a hard time finding his role in Myrken. He has recently hired his brother, Garrison Bromn, to be his personal military advisor, so that he may better understand the current conflicts. He has also requested a meeting with Duke Burel on the same subject.

The Horde has started to pass through Myrken Wood in an effort to drive northwest. Barbarians and their dreaded black dragons have begun to wreak havoc on the province. In response, nearly 3,000 men and 2,000 horses have been stationed in and about Myrken Wood. Actual battle between armies has been witnessed from Myrken Wood itself.

In an effort to cleanse Myrken of its impurities, the Inquisition continues to survey the province for creatures, activities, and presence that might be deemed unacceptable to the edicts of the Church.

Shyntei--a creation of the past villain Zayken--has started terrorizing various locations about Myrken Wood, most notably the one and only Broken Dagger.

The healer Aeri was rescued from captivity in the Tivalti Estate by Dhugal, Jason Heldenbrand, and the Rememdium's David D'Rael. However, she can no longer speak due to physical wounds inflicted during her abduction.
