- Suspicion mounts regarding the possibility of an unseen archer - archers? - hiding in the trees just past the Broken Dagger's lawn. Her victims so far include a tavern stablehand (deceased), young Cherny, Kals Olwak, and Jason Raven, both of whom are quickly removed to the nearby Rememdium.
- Pretty rings, crafted from jade or amber, have caught the attention of many Myrken residents. Having stumbled upon one herself, Inquisitor Genny makes note of an accompanying verse, suspecting it might catch the Governor's interest.
- Councilor Treadwell journeys to Westenford in pursuit of an unlikely inheritence and an answer to Myrken's crippling bacon shortage. At the Governor's behest he is accompanied by a rather worse-for-wear Maxwell.
- The Wishing Goat answers Catch's desire for cakes in the most ghastly manner imaginable.
- Apprehended by several of the tavern's regulars, a damaged Maria - The Archer In The Woods - is confined to the Rememdium under Constabulary guard. The miller Waldemar is swift to take advantage of her wounds in order to wreak a small vengeance for the wound suffered by his employee Cherny.

Deathwatch
The Deathwatch: making a life in Myrken Wood is rife with hardship and danger; not only must you deal with privation, hunger, and mage-induced bad weather, but, as an NPC, you are always in danger of being killed for the greater good of the players. This page is dedicated to all the NPCs who have died in the service of the daemon of Plot Advancement. May their memories remain bright!
