Penalties

It is the responsibility of the Judiciary and his Council to determine the punishment for those who do not abide with Myrken Wood's governing laws. Penalties are assigned at the whim of the Judiciary, and may include the following:

• A fine, number of shillings to be determined by the overseeing Judiciar.
• Imprisonment, for a term ranging from one day to two weeks in Myrken Gaol.
• Seizure of property.
• Up to two hours in the stocks, at Myrkentown Square.
• Public flogging, consisting of no less than three lashes, and no more than fifteen, upon the Deck at Myrkentown's center.
• Permanent banishment to Hexal (Exile Isle), the northernmost island within the Province.
• Public Execution, upon the Deck at Myrkentown's center.
