It's mighty potent k-lining rice!

Okay, it was suggested to me that I send an apology letter for my "rude behavior" to Jinxi. After reading some logs and the attitude by the irc ops and Jinxi herself, I have decided not to follow this course of action.

Thank you to those that have spoken on my behalf, I suggest you not continue this in fear that you will also be k-lined. I would still like to follow up on my plots I'm working on, so if you want to get ahold of me I'm on Sorcery.net for now, under the nick "bryce". You can also IM me if you have me on your list.

If you want to see said logs, I can email them to you, but since I know the channel ops don't want this to turn into a big flame thread, I'll avoid posting them publically for now out of respect.

A HUGE HUG, Pauline. I'm SOO distraught about this. :( But I can understand your decision, and things will not be the same without you here.

I don't really understand at all.

I mean, I understand not wanting to apologize. I certainly don't think that anyone did anything so significant to warrant the kind of reaction that they received, but unfortunately, that's not my call...it is jinxi's and she made it.

So, here we are...and my question is this. What's stopping people from apologizing? Pride? Principle? I don't mean to sound unsympathetic, but we RP here...if you're not sorry...just Role Play that you are! Who cares? It's 20 seconds of BS in order to get back a place that you love.

Just one man's take.

Principle. I'm not asking anyone to do anything, I'm content with waiting until my ip changes to get back on. I don't like how Jinxi or her ops treat people and I don't want to talk to her at all. It could be part pride, could be stubbornness, but what she did was wrong on many levels and I'm not going to pretend and lie to try and convince her to let me back on.

I appreciate all the support, but I'm not expecting anyone to accomodate anything based upon my decision to not persue removing the k-line.

I would like to see the logs if its no trouble, and I completely understand. Its a matter of principle and not in the least silly. Its a shame indeed. With any luck you should be able to merely refresh your IP and be able to come back shortly. Until then, the lot of us are on your side to do what it is were all here for, have a good time and create stories. Anyway, I've added you on AIM <3 take care Pauline. We miss you.

Statement from your friendly neighborhood Ops team.

Postby Kylerryth » Tue Sep 12, 2006 12:48 pm

I speak for the Ops team when I say that we are all of us aware of the matter at hand and we're doing our collective best to support and enable the k-lined individuals' return. We're doing everything we can to work with the administrators and those involved to resolve the matter. All we ask is that everyone be patient and have faith. Thanks!
I'll either find a way or make one.
