Generally, though, things should be very similar to the way they were on the old boards, with just a couple of , uh, teething problems.
- Avatars: At present the board software assumes that avatars are 0x0 pixels in size, which is obviously stupid and wrong. You can wait until I've worked out how to fix this, or you can go to User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Avatar and re-upload your avatar or just set the image size by hand. 100x100 pixels should let you see it well enough to right-click and check its actual size.
