Happy Thanksgiving

For all that we encounter on a daily basis, from small frustrations to greater obstacles, there's never a bad time to reflect upon even the small things in life that happen to significantly contribute upon our happiness. While I know not all of our players are Americans (and that the historic roots of the holiday are specious and romanticized), I believe it's a fantastic time to tell everyone--

I am thankful that we have the opportunity to share stories of fantasy, conflict, and strife together. I'm grateful that we care to spend our time creating, playing with language, and enjoying one another's company through creativity and escapism. I appreciate above all that, though, that we've found this inane, peculiar, hilariously obsolete, ridiculous-to-explain-to-anyone-who-doesn't-understand means by which to forge friendships. While we all have very different lives, we've all been brought together in a community by way of our creations.
