Hey, guys.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my DSL connection at home is experiencing some problems. I called yesterday (Wednesday) to ask them why the hell I couldn't connect, and they said that it was a server-side problem, and that it would be remedied in about a week. So you won't see me until Wednesday, most likely, so I'm sorry!

I can check the boards and stuff from work, at least. :) So I'll talk to you all soon!

Now they expanded it to at least next Saturday unless a meteor of awesomea-power luck flies out of the sky and strikes Verizon.

I wasn't very kind on the phone when I told them I wasn't paying for a service that I had no access to.

And then I went and slept. It rocked. :D

Here's an update for you!

I'll probably have my DSL back in 7 to 10 days, at the soonest, from today -- and possibly 5 days beyond that, at the latest. It sort've sucks, but .. eh!

Stick it out for me! Punch some noses! .. and I'll be back soon!

BACK!

.. well, sporadically. Comcast was stupid and said we couldn't get cable internet when they showed up (despite the fact that I'd been previously told by a sales representative that I was certainly in the area to get it!)

.. so now, I'm getting DSL service back on the 23rd of July with another provider, so until then, I'll be online usin' my 56k! Back to the basics! The only thing that'll keep me from being on constantly is the fact that my brother's girlfriend roleplays online as well, so I've got to let her have HER time on. bluh.

Glad to be baaack!
