Gaz3-Knight.jpg

Gaz is a young woman, human, standing at a height of approximately five feet, ten inches in height. She looks to be in her lower twenties, though, like any lady, you'll not oft hear her talk about her age. Gaz has a little bit of weight to her, mostly because she is a fighter, with corded muscles along her oft exposed belly. Thighs and biceps are both a little thicker than the normal for a lass, the muscle a little more obvious there, and her rear end, as well, is rather ample (perfect for being kicked by the enemy, amongst other things.). Her chest is rather expansive, but Gaz does not seem to notice this fact despite the armors that she wears, the woman rather ignorant of the leches around her.

Gaz has eyes of dark brown, and her skin is a light tan in color, sun-baked. Her hair is short, almost shoulder-length but not quite making it, the faintly insane paladin having decided long ago, after a rather soul-scarring failure, that long hair is foolish on a warrior. Her hair changes color depending on both the light and her mood, and can go anywhere from bright red, to dark brown. Eyes sometimes turn hazel, but otherwise do not change color.

Gaz's armor is rather slight, but she wears normal clothing to both compliment and pad it. A plate mithril breastplate hugs her ample bosom and protects her belly from harm, the metal colored golden in the front, with some minor silvery decoration, dwarven runed, to reinforce the strength of the armor. Shoulders are edged with the same golden-colored mithril, but the actual shoulder platers are a dark crimson in color, with bright yellow symbols for what she simply calls the 'Storm of Light' imbedded in the center. Her breastplate also protects crotch and some of her rump, coming down in the shape of what can only be called a thong, however, clothing is worn over this bottom portion, naturally. Around Gaz's forehead is a mithril circle of dark red, with the Storm of Light's symbol embedded directly in the center of her forehead.

Gaz's armor gives off the correct appearance that she is some sort of paladin, however, her actual clothing makes her appear to be more of a mage, even though she honestly bears no knowledge of magical arts beyond mending and protections against demons, viruses, the undead, and shadows. Her top, a vest that still leaves cleavage exposed when combined with her armor, is a dark blue silk, that covers her sleeves and compliments the colors of her armor well. It provides a little more coverage for her bosom that the breastplate doesn't bother with. The silk, somewhat swashbucklerish looking shirt's sleeves are embroidered in golden silk, as well as the bottoms of her breasts, with a metal clasp of gold in the center to hold the piece together. Around her hips, is a flowing skirt of gold and blue. Blue down the center, front and back, and golden along the sides, shimmering and catching light with ease. While a skirt may seem restrictive of movement, the silk is entirely to hide her form, and flows with ease and grace, though she is known to occasionally trip over it when trying to run. Boots that adorn somewhat large feet are a supple blue leather, studded with that golden mithril and capped by it.

If these other features are not notable, her weaponry, without a doubt, certainly is. Slung across Gaz's back, hanging from a secure leather sash, is a huge, thick greatsword, named the Purifier, that is nearly as long as she is tall. Edges are sharp, glistening in the faint light from polish, no doubt magically enhanced to a degree. No doubt, because the Storm of Light's runes are cut out of the center of the heavy mithril sword, making it 'somewhat' lighter to carry. When held in her hands, the sword bursts into a holy flame, which singes the flesh, but only mildly, unless of course, you happen to be undead or a demon. The pommel of the blade is not unlike a cutlass, with spikes facing towards her opponent for the occasional underhanded punch when the blade itself is not in a good position to swing. Gaz loves this weapon, but her training with it currently is minimal.

The other weapons to take note of on Gaz's person are a little more curious. From the front of her sash, near the hips, hang two yoyos made of mithril spin-disks. Carved into them lovingly are more dwarven runes, though the Storm of Light symbol can be seen amongst them. The wiring is of ironweb, supple, but extended use will undoubtedly cut into Gaz's fingers. The yoyos effects are simple, and one can guess by the slots in them that as force is applied to the spin, blades unfold from within the yoyos, which become more shuriken like, then as couter force is applied, the blades retract. What one may not guess, is that upon a heavy concussive blow (which may or may not be enough to stop the blades from exitting), the yoyos are empowered to give off a small explosion, magical and more to knockback than to actually do real harm. None of these effects come into play if the yoyos are simply thrown, charms not working until fingers are in the loops. Because Gaz, formerly an engineer, understands these weapons the most, she is reluctant to obtain more armor for fear that she will lose control of her favored weaponry.

Gaz does not 'seem' to have seen the heat of battle, but that is mostly because she has the ability to heal herself. Four scars, reminders of her training and her need to be careful, are born on her hands. Two per hand, just beyond the middle knuckle, from where the blades of her yoyos have gone clean through the flesh at some point in the past. Hopefully, she has perfected the art somewhat.
