The city of Threminor is the regional capital for the duchy of Heath, and is easily the region's oldest continuously-inhabited settlement; a bustling seaport forms the centre of a winding maze of old roads that has stood at the northernmost point of Thremin Bay since the Burning Times, the city has been repeatedly built and rebuilt upon itself in the wake of natural disasters and military invasions. Following the Trae Kelsan conquest of Amasynia the Crown felt it wise to construct a stout wall and appropriate fortifications in order to protect this important trading hub from assault by land or sea.
