Courier indentured into the service of Councilor Guillaume, gifted with the flawlessly eidetic memory needed to flourish in such a position. With hair like burnished copper and a sparkle of good humour ever-present in her eyes, Waverley is best known for the charming diplomacy with which she performs her duties -- and the dashing golden tassle that bobs upon the crest of her favourite cap. Less-regularly noticed (but far more significant) is the sigil inked upon her inner left wrist, which has been known to give pause to even the most hardened of would-be molestors.
