Priesthood of the Great Fae

The religious order known as the Priesthood of the Great Fae was the chief religious affiliation in Old Hibera and New Hibera prior to widespread acceptance of the Church of Tubbius in New Hibera. Now, the fairies of the two kingdoms are split as to what they believe, with the fairies of Old Hibera following the older faith and those in New Hibera following the newer one, primarily at the leadership of King Richard Aengus and court physician Dr. Orin Barrin. The Priesthood of the Great Fae, historically speaking, has emphasized vengeance and judgment with a blend of sometimes cruel mischief against non-Hiberans (yet a strong national, racial pride regarding the Hiberan fairies themselves), while the Church of Tubbius appeals more to self-indulgence, gluttony, and occasional public service and assistance.
